Astrid Holzhauser was born on 31 October, 1977. After her final school-leaving examination in 1996 she studied "Raumplanung und Raumordnung" at the Technical University in Vienna. Soon, she turned to the challenges of information technology due to her great interest in this area. In 1999 she decided to study at the university for applied sciences in Eisenstadt for "Information and Knowledge Management".
She wrote her diploma thesis by order of factline on the topic chat technologies in the working environment and completed her studies with excellence in June 2003.
After she had proven herself indispensable during her internship at factline, she became a fixed member of our team in September 2005. Since then she has been responsible for customer support, product trainings and manuals, as well as for project coordination. Her ability to get to the bottom of everthing that has no rhyme or reason characterises her work.
